i can't rate breakfast. room was very modern furnished and offered enough space. building site next door will surely be over sometime. didn't bother us too much as we didn't go to the hotel to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at M Hotel. The upgraded club room was a treat with a unique and higher floor design. The room service was great, providing complimentary water and a birthday cake. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, and the bed was comfortable with strong air conditioning. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even stored our luggage while we went on our cruise. The M-Club upgrade was well worth it, with access to breakfast, all-day refreshments, evening meals, a free bar, and some complimentary laundry items. The dedicated check-in and check-out and the Club team made our stay even more convenient. excellent hotel with big rooms and great value for money.

only friendly thing in the hotel were the men at the check out point. beds were comfortable. location is great. way to the next subway station easily accessible. pool with jacuzzi a dream.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the MRT and in a prime spot to explore the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, with spotless linen and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Asian and European options. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

unfortunately there was a construction going on in our floor (22. a lot of construction noise could be heard. in addition, shelf in the shower was not securely fastened - it fell off during the first shower. also, unfortunately, building was being built directly opposite our window, also caused a lot of construction noise. unfortunately we had to wait very long at the check-in (about 30min). there were 3 people in front of us.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the green MRT line by foot. the view from the window overlooking the Port/Bay was surprisingly interesting. the room itself was well organized and spacious, with a comfortable bed. I also liked the sink and desk in the room. the Taurus in the lobby was a nice touch, and the pool was enjoyable.

The staff was not very helpful, starting from the check, in where the ladies were not welcoming. Nobody helped with the luggage throughout my three, day stay.

The staff at the reception, the young lady greeted us very coldly, barely a hello, . Quite large structure, a bit of a windmill. The hotel is a little out of the way but well served. Problem of drains in the bathroom. Narrow bathroom. We had asked for a non-smoking floor, it smelled like cigarettes. Quality/price ratio, we are ironing, a little disappointed.

The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of options. The hotel is located within walking distance of good eateries. The staff were kind and courteous, with a Korean speaking receptionist available. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For having stayed in similar establishments in terms of price and number of stars, M HOTEL in SINGAPORE is above the lot in all respects. We can find no fault with this hotel stay. It is thus useless to look elsewhere for a stay in this magnificent city. staff at the reception is at the service of the customers - Same for the restaurant - the rooms are remarkably clean and extremely well equipped (ironing board and iron, bathrobes) The spa and swimming pool are appreciable. We love the room service robot, nice futuristic wink!!!!

Well, my answer can be summed up in one word: NOTHING.

nice hotl, clean and nice staff. late check-out was free of charge until 14:00. room was well equipped with a view over singapore harbour. waiting time for a taxi (what is ordered for free takes about 3-5 min.

check-out took about 20 minutes, could go faster, from the other side you take time for him, is very positive. at the other side as usual in singapore, juicy prices at the minibar.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities are luxurious and fulfilled all my needs. the service was exceptional, staff always had a ready smile to help with anything. the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool provided opportunities for relaxation. the room advantages were definitely worth the splurge, making my stay even more comfortable. the buffet breakfast and restaurant were both delicious and satisfying.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the entertainment could have been better. While there was live entertainment, I found it lacking and not up to par with the other luxurious amenities at this hotel.

breakfast was unfortunately not very exhilarating. depending on the trip the situation is good or bad! with a private vacation rather something off the shot. bathroom is very small! bathtub should not be necessary!

we arrived at midday (after a 17 hour flight) we asked to enter the room if there was one available and they answered: "Sure! you only have to pay 35-40 dollars extra to enter now". In other words, if they had and didn't feel like it. I've been in quite a few 4 or 5 stars and I've never been told that, in some of them we even got up-grade and everything, so... one was a disaster. We sat down in the bar. my husband and I, for 3 minutes, if only 3 minutes, to look at the map to start our route and waitress told us: If you are not going to consume, you can't stay here, Jolin! we were not 20 minutes or an hour, just 3 minutes, There were tourists to be bored. so both check-in and check-out took their time, breakfast. weak in quality, good quantity but quality at the level of boxed juices and canned fruit (get the idea), For what it costs. I wouldn't repeat, Bad value for money.

During our recent stay at M Hotel Singapore City Centre, we had an excellent experience. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the nearest MRT station and a variety of coffee shops nearby for breakfast. The room layout was spacious and ideal for our family, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and always available to assist with any requests. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of items, including some treats for the kids. Additionally, the hotel surprised us with a delicious cake in our room for my wife's birthday.
